Our technical team are available to offer advice and guidance on any aspect of a project, from the initial specification through to completion they are happy to discuss details and offer advice on the phone, at the office or out on site.

For customers who are new to fabricating the Kestrel systems a member of the team can offer advice or practical help to help get you started.

V6 quotes

We have developed our own version of the V6 estimating software and it has become an important part of our customer service.

The V6 software aids the technical team in quoting for jobs. It is designed to minimise material wastage calculating the stock lengths that are best suited for the job. This helps to minimise costly material wastage.

Most quotes can be turned around in a day to help you to get back to your customer in the quickest time possible.

We license our software for customers who use the Kestrel systems on a regular basis enabling them to quote for jobs themselves and calculate what is required for their projects. It also calculates the glass sizes that will be required, produces detailed drawings and provides cutting schedules for fabricating.

Our software can be installed on a yearly basis for fabricators who regularly use the Kestrel systems. The V6 software is constantly being updated to include new additions to our product ranges.

Tooling

We have developed and invested in a range of tooling that has been built to the specifications of the individual Kestrel systems.

The range of tooling includes jigs, crimpers and punch tools that can be loaned for specific jobs or on long term loan.

Powder Coating

With our own powder coating facility we can offer short lead times on orders and be confident that the quality of the work will reach our customers high standards. We can offer an extensive range of RAL and BS colours as well as many popular metallic finishes.

Distribution

We have our own transport fleet which make daily deliveries. Customers can be sure that the material will arrive on time and in good condition and where possible at a time that is convenient.
